WHO WE ARE
A two-person specialist shop. Not generalists.
We find the AI opportunities that actually pay off in owner-led operations — and we help you act on them.

Kyle Haworth
Founder — Technology & Operations
Kansas City, MO
Kyle has spent years working in and around manufacturing operations and CAD-based engineering environments. He built OpenClaw, runs the technical side of every Audit, and translates AI capabilities into operational terms your team can actually act on. If something exists in your workflow that AI can improve, Kyle will find it and put a dollar figure on it.
Chris Haworth
Co-Founder — Strategy & Client Engagement
Fort Wayne, IN
Chris handles business strategy, client communication, and the written deliverables that come out of each engagement. His background in business strategy means the findings report speaks to operators, not technologists. He's the one who makes sure every recommendation is scoped, sequenced, and grounded in what a real business can execute.
Why GuildHall Exists
Owner-led shops in manufacturing, trades, and services are being sold AI tools they don't have the bandwidth to evaluate. Vendors promise transformation. The actual result is another monthly subscription that doesn't get used, and a team that's skeptical of the next pitch because the last three didn't deliver.
GuildHall started from a simple observation: the tools exist. The gap is mapping. Nobody was sitting down with a 15-person machine shop and figuring out which of the twenty AI tools on the market would actually reduce their quoting cycle or recover their overdue invoices. We do that work. The Audit is the mechanism. The report is the answer. What happens next is up to you.
How We Work
Outcome-first, always.
We measure success in dollars recovered, hours freed, or risks avoided — not in tools installed or features shipped. If an AI implementation can't be tied to a real operational gain, we won't recommend it.
We quantify it before we build it.
The Audit comes before any implementation work. No project starts without a dollar-quantified case for why it's worth doing. This protects your budget and keeps us honest.
No lock-in until you've seen the findings.
The Audit is a standalone engagement. You receive the report, the findings, and the roadmap. Then you decide what to do with it — with us, without us, or on your own timeline.
When we started working with GuildHall, we had a sense that growth was possible but no clear direction on where to focus. They mapped our opportunities, ranked them by payback, and gave us a roadmap we could actually execute. That clarity is what we needed.
